Trip quotations

Every quotation is based on the confirmed travel dates, group size, routing, accommodation level and included services. Website package pages do not display fixed prices because availability and operating costs vary by trip.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after the agreed deposit has been received and the relevant services have been secured. The payment schedule and cancellation conditions supplied with your quotation form part of the booking agreement.

Travel documents and insurance

Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance and medical or entry requirements that apply to their journey. Mountain and safari travellers should arrange travel insurance that is suitable for the activities booked.

Changes

Wildlife, weather, road, mountain and marine conditions can require sensible operational changes. When this happens, the priority is safety and preserving the overall travel experience as closely as practical.
